3. Seller Obligations

Sellers must deliver services as described in their gig listings. Failure to deliver may result in order cancellation and account penalties. Sellers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their work.

4. Buyer Obligations

Buyers must provide clear requirements when placing orders. Payment is required at the time of order. Disputes should be raised through the platform's resolution system.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our platform. PhidTech charges a service fee on each transaction. Sellers receive payments after order completion and buyer approval.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, or any illegal conduct. Attempting to bypass the platform's payment system is strictly prohibited.
